How it works

One call, second by second.

No mockups, and no recording we picked. This is the sequence — and you can check every line of it against the live demo line in ninety seconds.

Track A — the call that gets answered

  1. 00:00

    Your phone rings.

  2. 00:02

    It’s answered.

“Thanks for calling [your company] — what’s going on?” Your company name, your greeting, in whatever tone you pick.

  3. 00:15

It gets the address and the problem.

What’s happening, how long it’s been happening, what system it is, how old, whether there’s water on the floor.

    Job details captured
  4. 00:40

It answers what you told it to answer.

Your hours, your service area, what you actually do, and your rule on quoting over the phone — including “we don’t quote over the phone” if that’s your rule.

  5. 01:20

    It books.

Into your calendar, as a callback request, or by texting the caller your booking link — whichever one you set.

    Slot held · confirmed
  6. 01:35

It reads the details back to the caller before hanging up.

  7. 01:40

The caller gets a confirmation text, if you want one sent.

    SMS out → delivered
  8. 02:05

The recording, the transcript and a short summary land on your phone.

    Recording + transcript → owner

At any point: gas smell, sewage, flooding, no heat with a newborn, somebody shouting. Those don’t get handled by a machine — they transfer to your on-call number immediately, while the caller is still on the line.

Track B — the call nobody picks up

  1. 00:00

The call comes in and doesn’t get answered.

After hours, or the line was busy, or it rang out.

  2. 00:20

We call that number back and send a text.

“Sorry we missed you — this is [your company]. Want me to get someone out?”

    Callback + SMS out
  3. then

If they pick up, it’s the sequence above.

If they don’t, you get the number, the time, and what we know.

Two things it will not do. It will not guess — if it doesn’t know, it says the team will follow up. And it will not pretend to be a person: asked directly, it says plainly that it’s an A.I. voice.

Target sequence, not a measured average. Dial (314) 784-8835 and time it yourself.

The scope

Seven things. That’s the whole product.

Everything on this list runs today. Nothing you’d have to wait for.

  1. 01

    Every call answered in seconds.

Nights, weekends, holidays, the Tuesday of your busiest week. It never gets a second call and it never takes lunch.

  2. 02

    Missed calls get chased.

A call that rings out triggers a callback and a text straight away, while they’re still holding the phone.

  3. 03

    The job gets qualified.

Name, number, address, problem, urgency — read back before anyone drives anywhere.

  4. 04

    The appointment gets booked.

Into your calendar, as a callback request, or by texting your booking link. You choose which.

  5. 05

Urgent calls go to a person — yours.

Emergencies, sensitive calls and angry callers transfer to your on-call number while the caller is still on the line.

  6. 06

You get the recording, the transcript and a summary.

Every call. On your phone. You can hear exactly what your customer heard.

  7. 07

    We tune it every month.

We go through the calls that went badly, fix the script, and tell you what we changed.

Six things it doesn’t do yet.

  • No CRM write-back
  • No nurture sequences
  • No dead-lead reactivation
  • No seasonal outbound
  • No multi-location rollout
  • No real-time dashboard

On the roadmap. Not on sale. If one of those six is the reason you’d buy, buy it from somebody who has it.

Worth saying out loud: our team isn’t US-based and doesn’t sit on a phone bank pretending to be your front desk. When a call needs a human, that human is yours — it transfers to the number you give us. We’re not going to claim a live American receptionist is standing by, because there isn’t one.

When it gets it wrong

It will misunderstand somebody. Here’s what happens next.

Anyone who says it never misunderstands is selling. What matters is what it does the second it stops being sure.

It hands off instead of guessing

It never invents a price, a date or a diagnosis — and never denies being an A.I. when asked.

Urgent calls leave the script

Gas smell, flooding, no heat with a newborn — transferred to your on-call number while the caller is still on the line.

You hear the bad ones too

Every call reaches you — not just the ones that went well.

The failures get fixed on a schedule

Once a month we fix what went wrong and tell you what changed.

It’s a machine on a phone line. The real test is ten minutes of you trying to break it on (314) 784-8835 before it touches a customer of yours.

What lands on your phone

Every call, on the record.

After every call, the recording, the transcript and a short summary land on your phone.

  • The recording. You can hear exactly what your customer heard, in their words and in ours.
  • The transcript. A four-minute call, read in twenty seconds.
  • A short summary. Who called, what’s wrong, what got booked, what got missed.
  • A monthly review. The bad calls get fixed, and you’re told what changed.

Find out where your leads are going.

One short call. We go through where your leads come in, how fast they get answered now, what happens after six, how many times anyone follows up, and what happens to the calls nobody picks up. You get the list back either way.

No charge, no card, no contract. If we’re not a fit we’ll say so on the call — and you still keep the list.

We’ll call you

Leave your number.

One of us calls you back — a person, not a sequence. The bot is the demo line, and you can dial that yourself any time on (314) 784-8835.

This goes to a person, not a mailing list. No card, no contract.
