Terms of Service
The terms behind the partner program — written the way we’d actually explain them to you, not buried in jargon.
Last updated — July 2026
What HeyFirstcall is
HeyFirstcall is a fully-managed, white-label AI phone receptionist. A partner (an agency, consultant, or similar) refers a local business client; our team builds, launches, monitors, and supports the AI receptionist for that client, delivered under the partner’s own brand. The partner remains the client’s point of contact throughout.
Direct customers: the 7-day trial and the plans
- Hearing it is free. Building your receptionist from your website and calling it in your browser cost nothing.
- The trial is $19, paid in USDT, for 7 days on your real phone line, up to 100 minutes of calls. It pays for the phone line, call minutes and AI your receptionist runs on during those days. If your receptionist can’t be set up on your line, we refund it.
- Nothing renews on its own. When the 7 days or the 100 minutes run out, your receptionist pauses and its number is released. It only continues if you choose a plan.
- The $19 counts toward your first month when you choose a plan.
- The plans and their prices are on the pricing page. Each has a one-time setup fee and a flat monthly fee.
- Our guarantee on a plan: until the jobs booked through your receptionist are worth more than you have paid us, we keep working and you don’t pay the monthly fee. Booked jobs are valued at the average job value you give us, and every one is listed on your own page.
The partner economics
- Partners keep 40% of the recurring monthly fee their referred client pays, for as long as that client stays active.
- Founding partners (limited spots per market) keep 50% on their first 10 clients, provided they launch 3 clients within 90 days of joining.
- There is no cost to join the partner program.
- Pricing to the end client is set by the partner; the figures shown on this site (e.g. $500/mo) are illustrative examples, not a fixed price.
The pilot period
A newly referred client’s first 30 days are a pilot. If, after 30 days, the client has seen no captured leads, booked calls, or usable reports, they are not obligated to continue. There is no long-term contract required to start.
Non-circumvention
We will never contact your referred client directly to sell them a competing arrangement or cut you out of the relationship. Our communication with a partner’s client is limited to what’s needed to build and support the service, and always happens with your knowledge as the partner of record.
What we build and maintain
For each referred client, our team is responsible for: writing and tuning the receptionist’s script, provisioning the phone number, integrating with the agreed booking/calendar process, monitoring call quality, fixing issues as they’re found, and providing a monthly performance report. Client Studio (our onboarding tool) generates a first draft from your answers — our team reviews and finalizes it, including wiring any live integrations, before it goes live.
What we don’t promise
- We don’t guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or dollar amount of recovered revenue for any client. Figures shown across this site (in calculators, sample reports, or the First-Client Kit) are illustrative or based on figures you enter — not a performance guarantee. Our one guarantee to direct customers is the one described under “Direct customers” above.
- The AI receptionist is monitored and improved over time, but like any AI system it can occasionally misunderstand a caller. Urgent, sensitive, or unclear calls are designed to route to a human rather than be handled incorrectly.
- Tools generated by this site (e.g. the prompt draft from Client Studio) are starting drafts reviewed and finalized by our team — not production configuration delivered as-is.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site or the partner program to submit information you don’t have permission to share, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to misrepresent HeyFirstcall’s product to a client. Client Studio’s consent checkbox exists for exactly this reason — you confirm you have your client’s permission before submitting their business details.
Liability
HeyFirstcall provides the service on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where it can’t legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page; continued use of the partner program after a change means you accept the update.
