Privacy Policy
Plain language, no fine-print tricks. This describes exactly what heyfirstcall.com collects, why, and who it's shared with.
Last updated — July 2026
The short version
We collect the information you give us through our forms so we can build and run your AI receptionist, or follow up about partnering with us. We never sell your data. We use a small number of named third-party services to run the product — never more than we need. Below is exactly which ones, and why.
What we collect
Depending on which form you use on this site, we collect some or all of:
- Contact details — name, work email, phone number, agency or business name.
- Business details (Client Studio / onboarding only) — industry, service area, hours, services offered, booking preferences, pricing stance, FAQs, and similar operational details needed to draft an AI receptionist.
- Monthly report figures (Report Generator only) — the numbers you type in stay in your browser only; see "What we don't collect" below.
- Basic traffic data — page views and which link brought you here (via URL parameters like
?ref=orutm_*), collected through Vercel Web Analytics.
What we don't collect
- We don't use tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless by design.
- The Monthly Report Generator (
/report.html) runs entirely in your browser — the figures you type never leave your device or reach our servers. - We don't ask for or store payment card details anywhere on this site.
- We don't collect data about your client's customers without your knowledge — see "About your clients" below.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered to our internal team via Telegram's messaging API, so a real person can follow up — there is no marketing database, ad platform, or resale involved. If you use Client Studio, the business details you provide are used only to draft a first version of your client's AI receptionist, which our team reviews and finalizes before anything goes live.
The services we rely on
Firstcall is built on a small, deliberately short list of infrastructure providers:
- Telegram — receives form submissions so our team can respond. Governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.
- Vapi — powers the live demo phone calls (the number on this site and the in-browser "Talk" button). Call audio is processed by Vapi to generate the AI's responses.
- Vercel — hosts this site and provides cookieless Web Analytics (page views, referring links, general location/device category). See Vercel's privacy policy.
We don't run ad pixels, third-party marketing trackers, or session-recording tools on this site.
About your clients
If you're a partner using Client Studio to set up a client's receptionist: we ask you to confirm you have that client's permission before submitting their business details. We don't place automated calls or texts to any client contact number you provide — a real person on our team coordinates with you directly.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to build, run, and support your account, or to follow up on a partnership inquiry. If you'd like anything deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email hello@heyfirstcall.com. Since our site doesn't use tracking cookies, there's nothing to opt out of on that front; the attribution parameters (like ?ref=) that identify which link you came from are stored only in your browser's session storage and are cleared when you close the tab.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
